1. Mutual Agreement
This document outlines the operational guidelines and regulatory requirements governing the use of BeredInc services, including hosted trunking, Cloud PBX setups, and active virtual extensions.
By establishing an active service panel, you agree to fulfill the responsibilities and usage parameters set forth below.
2. Platform Deliverables
BeredInc offers software-driven enterprise communication products, such as:
We reserve the absolute right to modify system features, update codecs, and deploy network failovers continuously to protect operational integrity.
3. Client Responsibility
- Maintain updated account and billing parameters
- Safeguard active PBX portal login passwords
- Comply with all regional telecommunication laws
4. Account Validation
All provisioned extensions must use verified business profiles. BeredInc reserves the right to suspend any channels with fraudulent credentials or unverified identifiers.
5. Invoicing Terms
Services are invoiced flat-rate monthly. Unpaid balances beyond due dates will lead to automated queue suspension. Applicable VAT or regional sales taxes are added dynamically.
6. Uptime Guarantees
We target high performance using carrier-grade infrastructure. Downtime due to regional ISP routing failures or hardware lease issues beyond our NOC boundaries is excluded.

7. Acceptable Use Policy
The following activities violate our service terms and will result in immediate trunk termination:
- Robocalls, analog bulk-dialing, or spam voice campaigns
- Unlawful Caller ID spoofing or fraudulent routing masking
- High-volume script automated routing on non-call center plans
8. Platform Ownership
All dashboard layouts, voice algorithms, routing platforms, and brand marks are owned exclusively by BeredInc. Reselling or reverse-engineering systems without explicit written consent is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect commercial losses, data discrepancies, or outages caused by upstream tier-one carrier drops, localized network failures, or unmitigated security lapses.
10. Service Termination
Either party may terminate the active trunk agreement at any point with thirty days' written notice. Unused prepaid balances are refunded after settling outstanding carrier usage rates.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed in accordance with the regulatory jurisdiction of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be handled exclusively in local courts.
12. Future Amendments
We adjust our SLA parameters to align with telecommunication compliance updates. Active users are notified of modifications.
